There are many ways to support our projects
                        (and help pay the bills)
Being a non-profit organization created for the benefit of our community, the progress of our projects depends on the support of those sharing our vision. There are a few ways to do that: 
      Monetary Donations
We welcome monetary gifts of any amount. Our ability to stretch our available funds is remarkable!

Your gift may be given:
~ by check or money order - made payable to "Top of the Common"; the check can be sent to PO Box 195, Lunenburg VT 05906 or, as with a cash donation, be given to any member of the Top of the Common Committee.

  Volunteer at our events  
  We match our volunteers to what they can and like to do,
         so don't be shy! 


We have maintenance as well as restoration project jobs like painting, cleaning, etc. and event jobs like set-up, break-down, manning a table, greeting visitors, serving a meal. Often a need is met behind-the-scenes prior to or after an event. 


We can contact you when we 
have a need and you can decide then if you're interested. We won't make you feel guilty if you choose to decline! Often the time commitment is two hours or less.

With these support options, the companies donate a percentage of your purchase to our organization. A straight up donation! 
Goodshop is an online shopping site that works with 7,000s of stores like Amazon, Staples, Macy’s, and Expedia, and donates a percentage of shoppers' purchases to their favorite cause. 

An additional perk is shoppers can find hundreds of thousands of the latest deals and coupons on the site. Some of them are substantial!

         Benevity
Many companies offer their employees a giving platform. The Top of the Common Committee is a registered public charity with Benevity, one of the most widely offered platform. Benevity matches the donation and by donating through a workplace platform, often your donation is matched by your employer as well. Maybe you'd be willing to check out the platforms available to you...
